Corporate Structure

Since the inception of ARA Minerals in 2007, the company has been wholly funded by the three aforementioned company’s directors. The ongoing personal financial commitment to the Company is testament to the director’s belief that ARA Minerals and the Kiri Project, in particular holds promise. The company’s focus on spending funds on focused on-the-ground exploration work, through relevant data acquisition and the involvement of well-respected geological consultants has created value in the company. ARA wishes to build on this success by attracting additional funding in order to help finance the next phase of planned exploration works at the Kiri Project and in order to support an ongoing strategy of value-adding concession assessment, acquisition and exploration work.
